Applebee's

Hmmm where do I even start?? The Managers there dont give a darn about you and the service your getting or in our case not getting. The waitress we had was terrible she came by once to take our drink order and once to take our food order and never came back not even once. We ran out of tea and water and the manager that walked the resturant walked by us 4 or 5 times and saw we had no beverage and didnt offer a thing. What kind of manager walks by a table and does not stop when clearly were not being waited on a HORRIBLE one and very very rude. We had to track the manager down since clearly our waitress wasnt coming back and ask him for the check which yet again he didnt offer and apology at all he acted as if everything was fine and seemed very inconvienced. Oh might I add that one of the reasons our waitress didnt come back was because she had a table of 15 but she could of made some time to swing by and offer refills and the manager should of given us to another waiter who wasnt so busy. My family and I will NEVER go back to the Applebees in Grapevine was a HORRIBLE experience.
