On a Thursday I got my hair done by Stephanie and my hair was very healthy I wanted a 2 tone brown on top blonde on bottom I had another appointment for a relaxer so I asked her to fix the color Monday and do the relaxer next week but she told me I can do it in one day and I asked her if she was sure it wouldn't mess up my hair she insured me it would NOT because my hair was healthy so we did , My head was on fire and I asked her if it was normal she said yes so after she rinsed it out and put the hair dye in it was burning bad again and she continued .Well needless to say my scalp has a chemical burn and some of my hair melted off when I asked her for a refund she gave me 105 out of 165 which I was happy with I appreciate her working with me .

I went in for a relaxer to make my hair straight. Stephanie sold me on getting the Brazilian blowout so we tried it and my hair was still wavy after washing it a couple of days later. I went in again and she wanted to fix it by doing a relaxer which at first she told me it would damage my hair. So she did the relaxer on my hair. When I left my hair felt dirty and my scalp was peeling I'm assuming because the chemicals. Anyways 4 days later I washed my hair and used the products and did everything as she instructed me to do to get the hair straight. I brushed and blow dried it and it still did not come out straight. I talked to her once again about it to get a refund and she said she doesn't do refunds. Was there a sign up saying no refunds? Anyway to say the least I am very upset with the way my hair came out.. Not STRAIGHT as she said it would be. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Stephanie and I will not be getting my hair done by her again.

The acrylic nails I had done were the worst I have ever had! Would not recommend this business to anyone they didn't listen to what I wanted design wise and the nails were so thick I had to have them removed due to bruising and cuticle tears, also took 3 + hours just to have them put on.
