Regarding Ron C. comments. I was right behind you in line at Dr Eavenson's office that day. You were a total jerk to the front desk girls. This whole story is a lie. Dr Eavenson went up to console the girl who "YOU" made cry and then you try to turn it around in him. You should be ashamed of smearing such a wonderful doctor. This community loves Dodc. Go back wherever you came from.

Dr Eavenson and his staff are wonderful. They always put the care of their patients first. They put some much time into making sure you get back to 100%. Multicare is a great office and I would recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love Multi-care Specialist. fast. Efficient. Friendly. They always take care of me no matter what! Dr. Lupardus is super and does a fantastic job!

I have been a patient of Multi Care Specialists since 2010 and enjoy the staff and doctors tremendously! I have never been one to enjoy going to the doctors office or in for physical therapy, but I have never found myself dreading thing in for a check up, chiropractic needs or even physical therapy.

I can't say enough positive things about all of the staff there, from Dr. Eavenson, Dr. Bell, Dr. Brooks, Dr. A. Eavenson to Corey, Sara, Janet etc, they are all great. I receive a smile when I walk in and a smile when I walk out.

You are constantly checked on and NEVER sit for long when going to Dr. Bell and very very very rarely do you wait longer than 2 minutes for a table when going to physical therapy and almost immediately (if not right away ) are you seen by Dr. Eavenson.

When doing physical therapy I am almost always out within 45 - 60 minutes. That's PT, stretching, massage, ultrasound and chiropractic work by the docs. That is almost unheard of anywhere else and they do it with care and efficiency.

4. Offered complimentary water / snacks. Heck, I'm confident that if you wanted a soda or something they didn't have they would go out and get it for you
5. In / out without feeling rushed and receiving fantastic service
6. Clean facilities
7. Treated as if you are royality
8. If you need in for an emergency they get you in to figure out your issues and get you started on the right track without even a slight degrading in service

CONS

None. Absolutely none. If you are trying to figure out what Dr. (Be it chiropractic or general practition) or Physical therapist to go to, just take a walk in there and see the amount of patients that they are caring for. Numbers don't lie. You don't stay that busy if you ruin a lousy practice. Numbers speak for themselves.

Don't be scared of the numbers either. They run a well oiled practice there.

MultiCare Specialists doctors and staff are great I've been going there for four years and they treat you at Best Care there is I will recommend them to anybody

The Doctors, Therapists, and facility is excellent. From the moment you walk in you are part of their family of patients. I've used them for 2 surgery recovery physical therapys. Great results. I've even taken my 83yr old mother-in-law to have PT after a fall. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy, chiropractic, or a Doctor.

Doc E and his ENTIRE staff at MultiCare Specialist have gone above and beyond taking care of me and my family. We are NOT treated as just "a patient" by as family. Dr Eavenson has been MORE THAN GENEROUS to the communities in our area. Granite City School District, Granite City Police and Fire Departments as well as the Glen Carbon K9 units have all benefited from his generousity. I know for sure there are other out there. I would highly recommend Dr Eavenson and MultiCare Specialist for your chiropractic and healthcare needs.

This team of doctors saved my daughter's arm and I am forever thankful as well as overwhelmed by the kindness and concern the staff has shown to her.

I suffered a terrible accident in 2016 spending 45 days in the hospital. After discharge, I followed up with Dr. Bell my GP and Dr. Eavenson and Cory for my rehabilitation. I suffered damage to my spine which required two surgeries. The whole team has been exceptional to work with and supported my recovery. I am walking and no longer in debilitating pain thanks to this team of professionals. My brother who is an OT goes here and so does my husband. We all have nothing but praise and thanks for this team of professionals. The staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Through my injury which occurred in another state I have been through several hospitals and rehab facilities and can say definitely this team knows what they are doing are the exceptional.

I want to thank Dr. Eavenson and his staff for their great care. I have been to multiple Chiropractors for my back issue over the last couple of years. Dr Eavenson was finally able to figure our my issue and give me some relief.

I have been a patient at Multicare Specialists since 2007 for both chiropractic/physical therapy, as well as medical. I have never been dissatisfied with any services provided to myself or my family. The entire staff has always been professional and caring. I have referred many many family and friends to the office over the years. I hold the upmost respect for the entire staff of Multicare. Because of them, I am able to live my life as healthy as possible. I am very grateful for the care and friendships I have been able to form throughout my many years of service.

I am new to Granite City and Dr. Mark Eavenson was a referral from my real estate agent. I am thrilled to say that I have not only found excellent chiropractic care with him but also family doctors for my family.

Response to "bad service" Robert W. I am the police officer who removed you last year from the parking lot of Multicare Specialists. Here is the truth. I have been a patient of Dr. Eavenson and Lupardus for 25 years. That day, you were actually laying and waiting for them behind their building at 7:00 am. I was inside and noticed your strange behavior. When Dr. Eavenson arrived that morning, you got out of your car and started to approach him. You had an object in your hands. I went out the back door to stop you. I told you to leave immediately or you would be arrested. I had also witnessed you in the office multiple times telling me as well as all the other patients just how amazing these two doctors are and how they treated you at no cost for years. When you blow off your visits multiple times without calling and canceling, YOU SHOULD BE DISCHARGED ! Dr. Eavenson is NOT money hungry. He treats several people every single day at no cost at all, just to help them. I have personally witnessed this. You talk about his "police friends", yes, we are their friends not not only because they are great doctors, but also because they give thousands of dollars each and every year not only to our department but to the entire community. If they were all the things you said in your review, WHY would you remain a patient for 15 years? Sounds like you are just unhappy that they finally got tired of you not showing up. In this day and time, it's not a good idea to lie and make threats to people. By the way, I've known the docs for 25 years and neither of them have ever played golf! They spend every single day helping our community. Stay in Belleville where you came from. We don't treat people like that in Granite City.

after going to dr. Rodney loop artist since the year 2000 I was told around April that he would no longer be able to see me because I missed an appointment over with Dr Evanston on the therapy side. Dr. Rodney took an oath to look out for the best interestof his patients and not cause them any harm or injustice. He took that in his Hippocratic oath. Since Dr Evanston wanted to act like the big bad bear and show off in front of all the people there in his employees he told me I could not come back for therapy and dr. Rodney agreed that I could not come back and see him anymore either. Which created a grave injustice to me put me in harms way because I could not find the doctor and was out of many medications. I set there sometimes for hours waiting to get into my appointments but I always stayed out of respect for dr. Rodney. And yet I miss an appointment on the therapy side which has nothing to do with my doctor and Dr Evanston says goodbye and don't come back. I went back the day after receiving this information to talk to Dr Evanston and he actually called the police on me and had me removed from the property without me even saying a single word. He is an egotistical money loving individual who could give a damn about his patients as long as he gets paid. I would not recommend MultiCare specialist to anyone who values their faith in doctors. with all the upgrades on their fancy new building all the prices went up if you needed a prescription called in they charged you for that if they had to contact the pharmacy they charged you for that I'm surprised they didn't have a coin machine on the door to the restroom. If dr. Rodney would not keep his Hippocratic oath to me what makes you people think that he would keep it for you. I wouldn't even give them a one half of a star rating. Once again Dr Evanston needs more patience and more money to feed his ego and cares nothing about his patience whatsoever. At that time I was going through a terrible divorce of 17 years and was struggling very badly to make it through that and dr. Evenson knew that. And yet he still treated me like trash. God says to forgive in love your neighbor as yourself. If I would have been one of his police friends for his golf partners this would have never happened but I was just a regular old patient. I hope someday he reaps what he has sown

So i had been going to Multi-Care specialists for years until i dropped them due to something they did to my in-laws that i didn't think was fair. Aside from that I still like Dr. Bell i just have no feelings lost for Dr. Eavenson. Because of this i referred my parents as their doctor left his practice on short notice due to battling Leukemia. MultiCare made their appt and received their medical records only to call them and cancel their appt because they were too close to "Medicare" age. My parents are not on Medicare, have insurance through the railroad along with another insurance AND a military insurance on top of that.

This just did it for me. I don't feel bad at all now telling everyone to stay far away. This place just makes me sick!! Referred my parents to my new doctor and they will be seen in a couple weeks.

Any medical care you need is here chiropractic & family medicine as well as pediatric & geriatric Doctors are awesome & staff are too!

DON'T GO HERE! I have been a patient of Dr. Lupardus for 15 years. This week I went with an illness and saw all the remodeling and commented that I did not care for it. Over the years, I have had to pay more, have MUCH longer waits and sometimes not even get an appointment since they are always taking more and more patients and charging more and more. I was in total shock today when I received a letter stating that they would no longer treat me as a patient, no explanation. I had received a call from an office staff member yesterday, telling me that they did not appreciate my comments. Basicly, Dr. Evanson had his ego hurt and they dropped me as a patient after 15 years, simply because I don't like their remodeling. I can't even imagine a business doing this, especially since I have ALWAYS paid my bills (even the ridiculous charges to have a prescription renewed), ALWAYS showed up for my appointments and have put up with the tremendous long waits because I had respected Dr. Lupardus. How can any decent doctor do something like this?
