        Have a couple rentals and a dealership, Joe came to my aid and told me he was competitive on prices regarding the projects I to complete. So after giving me a estimate and each thing he then gave me a separate estimate below competitive rates that were fair to him and myself and in the same sense allowed me to purchase what was needed that he had recommended, in his own words "do it right or don't do it at all".
