Stopped in to discuss new tire options and planned to drop my keys off the night before. They had my car from 4:30 am and when I went to get it at 4pm nothing had been done. The manager yelled at the employee and when I asked for my keys he said well we've been busy all day. I told him I was busy too which is why I made accommodations for them to have it all day. The guy crumbled the paperwork right in front of me, told me to have a good day and stormed off! I couldn't believe it! He then tried calling us at home later to apologize but they'll never get my business after that!
