All For Kids Child Development Center

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. literally how are they still in business. this place is the most unethical place to work for and the owner is incredibly shady and not a good person. do not send your kids here as it is unsafe and a huge risk.

I had the pleasure of working at All for Kids for three years while obtaining my undergrad in Elementary Education. I highly recommend working here or sending your children to this center! Martha and Mitch are two of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met--they truly treat their families and employees like family. When the children enter this center with their parents or guardians, they are immediately greeted with warm smiles and hugs. All throughout the day, the children are engaged in age-level appropriate learning activities that focus on letter/sound recognition, counting, sensory skills, and much more. In addition, the caregivers constantly have fun with the children by singing songs, playing, and sharing laughs together. Again, I definitely recommend either working or sending your children here--you won't regret it!

My child is reading at three, he LOVES the center, begs to go everyday including the weekends and we have never been unhappy with anything. I wish people wouldn't use this forum as an attack for their own issues. If you choose to read others posts to make this important decision then you are going to miss out on an incredible center. I am happy I used my own compass to decide where to bring my child because now he is ecstatic everyday about the things he is learning. Super Cool!!

This issue has been resolved with all for kids. After many times of calling, was able to finally get paid for the interview.

I have recently been let go from this center but I have been here for two years. I have never had any issues with the parents, Mitch, Martha or Erisa, who is now director. I have put my heart and soul into this place. I have done everything in my power to teach the kids to the best of my ability and love them as if they were my own. I don't believe that this place smells of dirty diapers, but I do believe that they are unjust in the way they treat their workers. The kids are great, the families are spectacular and the workers would do anything for the kids and their families. But those are the workers. Martha, although she is not there, controls everything. She will call Erisa barking orders that the workers wear jeans no matter the conditions. It is unbearable and not any fun for the kids because the teachers are not able to move around like they should be able to with the kids while playing outside. They fire 4 girls on a Sunday through email giving different reasons. And some no reason at all. I believe it is because they are cheap. 3 of us got paid 9.50 and one 9.25. We believe they are just cutting down on workers. Most of us have been there for 2 years though we know the kids, and the parents and how to treat the kids. We never received warnings or write ups for our actions that resulted in our termination. This place is unfair to their workers. They put up a front when they give interviews and tours, but what most people don't know is that it's a lie as long as they get paid they are happy. Just a heads up, if you plan on working here, don't do it. If you plan on sending your kids here, well I hope that you don't plan on getting too close with the workers or expect them to tell you everything that happens with your kid as it happens. Contact with parents is being prohibited unless during drop off and pick up. I loved it there until recently. It's just losing itself ethically. They claim that we are a family but family members don't do that to one another.

I find it pathetic that people who were asked to leave or fired are allowed to use this forum as their revenge post. Martha hasn't been part of the center for a very long time, however when she was she was fabulous. There are no rodents that are free and the guinea pig in in a cage. My child who has autism attends and we were told at his parent conferences that he is head of his class BECAUSE of this program. They are extremely kind and have many one on one interactions throughout the day so every child knows they matter. I am just going to suggest that you don't listen to people who have no lives, check them out to see the real truth. This behavior is a joke as is any place where people go to gossip. Get a life people and by the way we are HAPPY you were asked to leave because the truth is you didn't CHOOSE to leave you were TOLD to leave.

Absolutely love All For Kids!! Our daughter has been going here for almost a year and I have no compliants. Mitch and his staff care for my own as their own. We pull up every morning and my sweetheart says bye bye mama. She knows where she is going and is absolutely in love with her teachers, the center, and all of friends. This isn't a facility where your child sits in a room alone. You don't need a high end, extremely over priced center with cameras...honestly, why should you need a camera, do you NOT trust your daycare provider? To be blunt, you will see your child cry and throw a fit...it is what children do. Can you honestly tell me you never had your little one have a breakdown?! Please...do not fool yourself...if you think your child won't breakdown, well, you don't spend enough time with them! As another said, one bad apple can ruin the bunch. Do not let that happen and check out the center for yourself...we took a tour and we were there for over one hour. Again, check it out for youself...you will not be disappointed, you will know this is the right place for your child/children. They all truly care and this is a true learning center. Reviews are great and the center came to us as a referral...we STILL checked out the center for ourselves. Do the same, you'll fall in love just as we did. Most of the workers at this are fantastic. Really watch out for the owner though! She is absolutely fake, and conniving! It is all about the money for her. She plays a good game though and puts forth the appearance of someone who seems trustworthy and caring. Not the truth though. She is pure evil.

I love this center and I believe I owe a lot of how smart my daughter is at 3.5 to them! I don't want any of my future children to go anywhere else. They are very accommodating and caring. My daughter loves going there and never wants to leave. My daughter has been there since she was about 3 months old and I have never had any problems. They are one of the least expensive centers I have found as well.

This place is an absolute joke. Martha is absolutely crazy. Constantly lying. My son constantly came home with marks on his body "not sure how they got there"

Called me from work because she's diagnosing my son with hand, foot, mouth... ring worm... and he "threw" up. I took him to the doctor and he was fine!!!

She told me she got written up by the state for $20,000 because my son was there with a sickness. Funny, I called the state and NOT what happened.

The facility is dirty. Never has employees that stay long. Martha is a very dishonest business woman. I would never feel comfortable leaving my children with them.

My son has been here since he was 7 weeks old. Since the day we started we were treated like family. The way they love the kids is amazing. My son is now three and all I hear all weekend long is "When can I go back to school with Mr. Mitch." Mitch and Martha are so wonderful they truly devote themselves to the families at the center. Never have I (or anyone else) ever asked them for anything that they didn't bend over backwards to help out. The program there is all about empowering the children so they are confident and comfortable and not in a situation where they get no voice. I LOVE THAT. They are the place to go if you want your child to KNOW how very special they are. The rest of their staff is hand picked and are fantastic as well. This is truly a hidden gem.

This is the best child center I have ever been too. First time mama having to leave her baby for the first time. Martha made me feel like i was the most important person there. She let me take my time, cry it out, cuddle my baby and even call throughout the day. I even dropped in unexpectedly and everything was running smoothly. I would highly reccomend her to anyone!!

I have had the pleasure of taking my son here since he has been 10 weeks old. I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone who works here and the program. The sincere compassion, love and respect that they show my child makes having to leave him to go to work each day much easier and less stressful knowing he's at a place he loves. It's a rare thing to find people who can love your child like your own and my family couldn't be happier that we found the most amazing daycare out there!

My children have went here for several years and the true and genuine care for our kids, understanding of working parents, and desire for our kids to be successful and respectful individuals has always impressed me. The bonds my kids have developed with the caregivers is amazing. And the extra experiences with gardening, farm animals, baking,cooking from scratch has been wonderful since we don't always have the time to do things like this.

Both my children ages 6 years and 8 months love going there everyday. Everything about the school is great for all ages. The teachers are so kind and we really do feel like part of their family.

All for kids is an awesome place. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, they treat my son like family. This is much more than a daycare center they teach and want your child to learn and grow. There is no better place out there!

My child has been going there for 3 years now and I would NEVER bring him anywhere else! He is treated like family! The teachers at the center are so kind and gentle.

if you want your children to be treated like family this is the place to be. if you want your child to thrive this is the place to be. they have a great preschool program, and even get the young toddlers to learn. my two year old can count to 10, knows his shapes and his colors. they are teaching my 4 year old to read. listening to him read his first sentence was almost better than the day he was born. this is the place for your children, trust me.

This the best place ever. My kids love it here and so do I. It is a very fun environment that offers a lot of different things for the kids to do. They also have a great preschool program. One of my children is a toddler, one in preschool, the other is school age and all three are very happy here. I can see (and hear) all sorts of fun things everyday. The center is very relaxed in the way the kids can choose different activities, but there is also organized things the children do. If you are looking for a great place to take your kids, check them out. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I LOVE this center as do my children. It is so cool! They are always doing super cool activities with the children and the preschool program is incredible. My four year old is already reading and doing very advanced math due to the fun learning techniques they use. Every night at the dinner table our children are bubbling with excitement about all the fun things they did that day. You Rock all for kids!!
