Tuck Communication Services

We have a small business multi-line phone system from Tuck. We declined the expensive service contract (why would you need to pay a monthly fee for service on telephones?). Since then, we have never had so many problems with a phone system and Tuck overcharges for service calls, even if Tuck is the cause of the problem. Last month (July 2010),we requested Tuck extend the number of rings before going to voicemail. We were charged for this and rightly so. Immediately after, our voicemail stopped working, telling callers all mailboxes were full. Tuck charged another $75 to fix the problem it created. Said we waited too long to tell them (it took us two weeks to figure out what was happening), so it must not have been related to anything Tuck did. Would not recommend this vendor.
