I had a damage windshield and spoke with Jennifer to order another one for my vehicle. She said she would contact me on Monday when the windshield was in to schedule the install. Here we sit on Thursday, and no call from Jennifer. I called this morning to check on he status and the office lady told me that it looks like they didn't call me but the windshield was in. She put me on hold and then Jennifer got on the phone and was extremely rude and dishonest telling me that they did call me but that I failed to call them back. WOW! Really???? Then she tried to schedule an install for the following week. I had already been driving around for a 1 1/2 weeks with a shattered windshield. When I called back later in the afternoon to speak with the manager/owner, a man told me that Jennifer was the owner?????? Amazing she treats customers like this. I am taking my insurance claim and going elsewhere.
