I must say i love this place....

i was reading the 2 coments below mine with un satisfied customers and i was thinking thats impossable, i went to this flowershop and the lady and man there were so helpful gave me some wonderful flowers and a great price, The problem now a days is, that miserable people are so quick to put up a bad review and all the great experiences no one has time to put up.... well i want to say i had a great experience here at this flowershop and not to mention i live far in LA but this is the best flowershop and i will always return and order my flowers here.... I am getting married soon and would love for you guys to do the wedding decors for me... i will come in and talk to you guys about it... thanks again Granada Flowers ....

I ordered a dozen roses and they were the most beautiful rose arrangement that i had ever seen, Robert did an amazing job, he is very talented and skilled at the art of flowers, Mina gave me a great price ... i would recommend everyone to try it for their selves before they make an opionion.... i love u guys made my life easier and i will recommend u to everyone... Thank u soooooo much !!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes you wonder to yourself why local businesses are failing. You think local business service should be more friendly and personal. However, that is not the case with Granada Hills Flower. I called in on February 6th to order a bouquet to be delivered to my girlfriend for Valentines Day(I did it ahead of time for once). I spoke to a guy and he took my order 2 dozen roses and purple flowers surrounding them, he even offered to put it in a red vase instead of clear which i accepted. I told him I need them to be delivered before 12noon. He told me that they have a lot going out at 12 but he could do it earlier at around 830-9am. I told him that would be great. The reason I ordered from them is that they are close to my girlfriends house so it would be a sure thing that she would receive them on time. Well Valentines day comes around and its 12noon, I haven't received a "Aw thank you" text or phone call or anything. I'm thinking they screwed up. I give them a call and the guy answers the phone. I tell him "Hi I want to make sure that the flowers I ordered went out on time", he says "Please hold". The owner of the business Mina comes on the phone and says "Hello your order didn't have a time indication but they're on the truck". "WHAT????!!!". Anyways she said she would check what time they would be able to deliver it and call me back she said its Valentines Day and they couldn't guarantee a time. I called them at 3pm which was already to late, but I wanted to make sure they were at least delivered. Guy answers the phone I as to speak to Mina(whom I'm still waiting for a phone call from) he puts me on hold I wait 11minutes and hangup. Its already February 15th and I still haven't received a phone call. My girlfriend received the flowers at 3-4pm but she wasn't home so she did't see them until the next day because she works nights(hence me ordering from a local place and confirming a time). Oh and one of the rose stems was broken.



Come on you guys its Valentines Day! This is when you prove yourself, not say "OH ITS VALENTINES DAY, WE CANT GUARANTEE A TIME". Don't lie to customers and then make them feel stupid when they call and tell them they never requested something, when the fact of the matter is they only called your operation to request that specific thing....



Oh and the flowers came in a clear vase not in the red vase that the guy offered. lol not a big deal just saying...

They don't even deserve one star.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and when they showed up the funeral had already begun. So they drove the flowers bad to there store and all me.. no flowers..terrible! 2 hours later.

Then I decided to try them again ordered flowers on line to be delivered. Got a conformation number and e-mail from them, Yet no flowers again. When I called them they said they sent the order to a tela flora company to handle. I explained they never got there and they offered no help yet the comformation was from them.

Bad customer service didn't even offer to help.

I then ordered from FTD no problem!!!!

I wanted to support my local neighborhood company but they don't seem to care.
