Eye Physicians Of Orange County

The first time in this office and they gave me some forms to fill in with another patin's

name and address and social security number already pre printed on them????

HIPA went out of the door??? after waiting over one hour passed my app time finally

saw the doctor and realized why I was waiting over one hour, have way into the 10 minute so called exam he gets a call on his cell phone and says that this is a call from

NYC and leaves the room, meanwhile the help who is typing his dictation into the pc

does not even know how to read my records and keeps asking for help in the middle of

the so called exam??? finally he says that he has send a med to my pharmacy and gets out fast, meanwhile after I got my medication I noticed that even thu I went there

for infection in both eyes the medication said only put it into my left eye only and forget

about my infected right eye???



I could write a book about Doctor " STAMM " 's uncaring so called physician but I just

don't have the time.



AVOID THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT YOUR EYES GET WELL???

Long wait!!! Then they put charges through to my medical insurance for "visual disturbances" that I had no complaints for. Stated I had complaints of "floaters" when I did not. Ended up costing me $70 when I have full eye coverage if they had just done a routine eye exam. Then they pulled the same scam with my kids. $210 out of my pocket for nothing more than a regular eye exam. Then the eye glass portion...Was told they don't accept my insurance for eyeglasses and left to take my business elsewhere, only to find out they put a hold on the insurance for the glasses and couldn't get the glasses without calling the insurance company. What a hassle. Will NEVER return to this place. What shady business practices. They are supposed to be taking care of people not stealing their hard earned money and while raising our insurance costs with fake diagnosis. Stay away from these scheisters.
