The staff was very helpful and polite. The doctor was very informative and she was very detailed with our visit. From the true age of our pup to the warning signs to check for in 3 months. Thank you :)

I'm only giving a 1 star because I can't write a review with less. A very arrogant & haughty vet that I took a chance on despite bad rumors that I had heard. This guy does acupuncture for C-sections on dogs & claims to not have ever lost one puppy since starting this method in '76. I find it ironic that one of mine didn't make it after his hack job. Bet his story to new clients hasn't changed and he continues to perform procedures on helpless animals without any certification or training. Every place that my dog was poked turned into an infected abscessed MESS which tells me the place is dirty too! He nearly cost me my dogs life and it DID cost over $2,000 to keep my dog alive. However, had I not taken her out of Mr. Kaeser's care, I honestly think she would have died. It took my girl 3 months to completely recover. I'd ask for an estimate before any procedure, he just never would. He didn't understand why it mattered. Very unprofessional borders on abusive. True Story! I have pics
