Concord Cars

This last weekend to purchase her a new car, we started our search on autotrader.com which was showing two vehicles at their Dunlap location that she was interested in, Once we got to the location they stated that they had moved those two vehicles to their Goshen location. So we went there and the cars were not there. The salesman then told us that he would call the other locations to find the vehicles. After waiting he came back and told us that he verified that the vehicles were at their South Bend location. After driving nearly an hour we arrived, and guess what The cars were not there. After leaving I received a call from one of the sales guys telling me that the cars were located at the Elkhart Location. Finally the cars were there but the one had damage all along the side of the vehicle that was not shown in the pictures and the other had engine / transmission problems, The sales person at the Elkhart location blamed auto trader for everything, will never recommend

Very sneaky sales tactics! Don't buy anything from these people, they will say you can buy something and set you up with a car, at the very end of the sale they threw an 800$ extra down payment and continued to claim it was justified, more like unjustified lies and sneaky business tactics.
