O C Nails

I had the most frustrating afternoon Friday precipitated by OC Nail's. When made a 1 PM appointment, the owner FAILED to tell me to bring cash. Arrived at 12:50 and went to polish display, and saw a sign, "cash only". "We no take plastic." Who carries cash??? She told me to go to bank. "Just 1 minute." Bank teller who had same experience so she left .Later someone else related the same experience. My "1 minute" turned into 30. I had a 3 PM elsewhere. My entire day was planned around this pedi appt. The rest of my day I rushed to meet other obligations. New clients should be told BEFORE they arrive to bring cash. When I returned for 5:45 appt, she seemed rushed. Pointed out dead skin that I want her to remove. She looked, smiled, did nothing. Very difficult to understand. Did she not understand me or did she not care? Not a good use of my $30+tip-especially since they totally screwed up my afternoon. This was an absolute fiasco! I will NEVER go back to OC's.
