i have lived here for about 4 years, i love it here. our office manager is awsome. she truely cares about her tenants. she is 1 of a kind. she keeps the grounds up very well. she comes in early and stays late. there are never any problems. it is a clean friendly environment with security officer. our office manager screens the tenants so don't complaine about the military, atleast we don't have drugs in our community or violence. our maintence man is very smart and gets things done quick and efficiently. i would recommend rosewood townehomes to anyone looking for a clean safe friendly envirionment. you will never find a better office manager olga is the top of the line
