CVS Pharmacy

Ended up waiting for over an hour to get my prescription. Everyone moves at a snail's pace. Do NOT go here if you're in a hurry!

Worst Customer Service!!! After being told I had a 10-15 min wait I was very impressed and decided to wait, this was a very bad idea.Once I finished with the first lady who I dropped my rx off with, it was given to a young lady who proceeded to stay on the phone for the next 5-6 min talking obnoxiously about how much more $ she makes than her coworkers, and after about the third time of her coworkers asking it to fill it, she gets the persons phone # so she can call them back one she "finishes this womans prescription I HAVE to do" eyeing me AND her coworkers. She then tells me, they do not have it, and gets very frustrated when another young lady corrects her that they do. By this time I have to leave, I have been waiting 45 mins. I come back on my lunchbreak, to find out they have left off my insurance. The little girl who had the phone call earlier, lets me know that I do not have insurance, I ask her to go check bc in fact I have two insurances. She eyes me up and down after she checks and states that I am right and walks away!!!!! I go over to the insurance line and ask twice if they need my information, I am completly ignored!!! So I then walk back over to the line to just get my rx back, only to find the phone call girl being so rude to an elderly lady, that I wanted to come over the counter! When she gets to me she states "Oh yeah, you here to pick up something huh" I seriously hope this pharmacy offers educations on etiquette and/or manners, if these little girls know the meaninn of these words!
