J Luke Construction

I represent Cole's Collision Centers and dealt with J Luke Construction as they had won our bid for our new location in Colonie. I would advise against doing any business with J Luke construction. The concrete floor for our new state of the art facility at 1517 Central Ave (garage area) showed cracks prior to opening. The floor is aesthetically horrible with every square ft covered in pits or craters. Due to this, we had a third party test the floor for the correct amount of PSI and it did not pass. They took no responsibility for the floor and even refused to pay their contractors that worked on our floor. They tried to get their contractors to pay us for the work that J Luke owed them as they do not pay their bills. The owner has attempted to smear our name when his company is responsible for work not performed correctly. I cannot stress enough to stay away!
