Affordable Water Heater Service

I had a horrible experience with this company. They charge you $125.00 to come out and look at your water heater. They told me they cleaned it and that it should get me through till the parts came in. Well, the parts came in 3 days later so they came back and the parts were wrong. I was promised to get a call back but never did. I called and left 4 messages and tried to get through to the "Emergency Service" but that didn't work either. So, I found someone else in the phonebook who did answer the phone. However, that company couldn't do anything because this company to my parts without telling me!!! The technicians do not know what they are doing!! I will never use this company again and will make sure never to refer them either.
