Absolutely terrible business people. I called the owner Joe 3 times to question a service call charge. He never returned my phone calls.I try to support small businesses but I'll advise you in this case to shop somewhere else.

I went to there to pick up a part for my whirpool dryer. The young lady in parts, as well as Woody were very friendy and curteous. Woody could have sold me anything, and I would have bought it. Since i was doing the job myself with little or no experience at all. He checked the parts that I had, which were OK. so he told me what else it could be. And it worked PERFECT. THANKS WOODY!!!.

I will be seeing you when i buy an appliance or part in the future. Pat

I purchased several appliances here at a "private" sale. When they delivered them, they tried to charge me for installation when I had already asked and was told it was free. They refused to answer phone calls. My sister also ordered from them and when she got her microwave it didn't work and she had to schlep it back to the store. I later found out that they had also given me the floor sample. I was told I would be given an extra rack for my oven but that never materialized either. Do not buy from these people. I was trying to patronize a local store rather than a Lowe's or Home Depot but never again. This was the some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced
