I wanted to remodel my bathroom but the first step was to have the demolition done first. I searched online for a company that has done bathroom demolitions with good reviews. The company I hired was great, they were so on point and knew how to get the demolition done right. I was totally satisfied with the job and I would use this company again on my next project.
I recently acquired the store space next to mine and wanted to expand my store. I needed a couple of walls knocked down in order for this to happen and chose Local Demolition Glendale to do the job for me. They were very professional over the phone, plus their licensed and bonded which was very good. They were very efficient and did everything fast. Thank you guys!
I had my old garage demolished by Local Demolition and they did a wonderful job of it. Job was done fast and professionally and the cost was just what i could afford. No Complaints here!
We wanted hardwood floors and needed all the carpet torn out and hauled away and the floor company we called wanted an outrageous fee for removing the carpet before installing the new floors (the floors may be a great deal, but that's where they get you!) so we took it upon ourselves to get the carpets out! We called around but got the best price from Local Demolition Glendale. The work they did was incredible! They moved all the furniture out to the garage without damaging a thing! They were clean quick and efficient! Hauled everything away and now we are ready for our new floors! These guys are the BEST!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs demolition work done!
The kids are bummed but the pool is gone! We just couldn't afford to fill and keep up the pool maintenance any more! A website with how to save your house and money in this economy recommend if you have pool to have it demolished and filled in (have it compacted). So we did. We had called around but Local Demolition gave us the best quote and had all there own equipment! They came out right on schedule and did the work fast and efficiently! It's like we never even had a pool back there! (not that the kids will ever let us forget) The clean up job was amazing! they left our yard and walkways even the street clean as a whistle! I hope if you have any demolition jobs you call Local Demolition, you won't get better service!!!
What great work! We had a retaining wall that had long stopped retaining anything years ago. When I was quoted such a low price I was afraid the work would be just as cheep, but as it turned out these guys were not only fast and hardworking but so professional! They came out ON TIME and had the job done and cleaned up before my husband got home from work! I highly recommend them for any demolition needs you may have!
