It's a dump. Been there for two years. They go through another manager every year. Just lost another one last month. He was rarely there during the posted office hours anyway. They keep raising rents, but nothing improves. But they buy lunches for kids in the park. I guess us working people pay for their lunches. You have to dodge kids, playing in the driveway, bicycles and toys. Older kids vandalize park property and generally have no respect for the other residents. Many people dump their trash on the ground near the garbage bins, but they are too lazy to carry it the extra 30 feet to actually put it in the garbage bins. Expect to navigate around dirty diapers and broken TV's in the garbage area. Several people blare their car stereos when they drive through. Management does nothing about any of this. They claim there is nothing they can do. They actually rented one unit to a family without cleaning it first. It still had the previous tenant's furniture and trash when the new residents were moving in. This is NOT a mobile home park. It's a slightly-upgraded trailer park. If you want a real MHP, pick an age-restricted park.
