i was very impressed with Lerner and Rowe and my case manager Araceli was great, she was on point with my case and made sure I could understand everything that was going on with my case.

Well, I was not impressed with the service that I received from this location. There is no communication there. Bernarndo was nice at the beginning when i went to initially get things started and Araceli Pardo - is an OUTSTANDING Case Manager! If it wasn't for her I would have absolutely walked away with a bad impression of this firm. She has been extremely helpful and informative. She promptly returns my calls, emails, etc. She is the only reason that I know anything about my case. THANK YOU ARACELI PARDO! The rest could learn some customer satisfaction pointers from you.

from the first time i was in contact with Nancy Barnett she was extremely pleasant, professional, sympathetic and helpful. every call i made to her she promptly returned. she gave me advice when i needed it and was a shoulder for me to vent on. she was definitely a blessing thru this entire process. a God sent to me and a very important part of this journey. there needs to be more people like her! thank you for all her help and to the entire staff.. everyone was extremely courteous and nice.
