The repair shop is good, they have been honest and up front with cost estimates, repairs, etc. However, the Sales staff is a less than ideal. Instead of a friendly conversation that builds rapport, every time i've received a shallow attempt at a hard-sell. After explaining that i am either getting my car repaired, or simply looking at cars while waiting on a friend; I get the following...What are you looking for?.. What do you want your payments to be?.. What can we do to get you to drive/buy?. Do you owe on this vehicle?.... Or they look at my car and try to guess what payments i would like/want to pay, without even knowing what vehicle i am considering... I tried being the nice customer, but Ive come to terms that other dealers are more likely to treat me with respect and not just another hard-sale.
