Prospect Studio Apartments

The don't deserve 1 star. They change property managers and the property management company changes names often, A Middle Eastern man that states he's the owner, drives a cream colored 2 door Mercedes and says he's a real estate attorney is verbally and physical abusive to employees and contractors. The place is total trash because they can't keep help.

the place they showed me was modle apartment nice will not rent it out!!! they gave me an apartment that was very dirty paint patches all over the place stove and fridg was very nasty who ever lived there left the place in a mess tub nasty molding missing. had roaches two apartments beside had bed bugs real bad and the girl had to fright hard to get out I had to go and make them spray my apartment. I have seen police there several times even at 3:30 in the morning looking for people seen lots of drug deals go down there and a big fight with about 15 people not a good place or safe for a child. when I moved out I cleaned up real good and made sure it was in better condition than I got it but they refused my deposit and charging me $5.00 more but I guess no one has fought back for there money this place is not fit for a dog much less a person but I am not there regular guy The way I see it he owes me about $700 for what I did when I moved in so off to court we go. DON'T MOVE THERE

My husband lived in these apartments for 1 year. the place is horrible. when he moved in the apt was filthy he took pic of everything. He cleaned the place spotless now he moved and they are charging him for all kinds things like repainting and cleaning. but he has all documentation and walk through when he rented and signed by apt manager. the walls were aweful when he moved in. he didnt put anything on walls so looks like we are going to small claims court to get his deposit back.

not a good complex.very old rundown units that are beyond liveable.decks falling in when i lived there.faulty wiring.not a safe place to live,get all in writing with them.i had a 500 dollar deposit that i didnt get back when i moved out

They do not refund deposits. My son cleaned the apartment & the carpets. She denied the refund & said it was for carpet cleaning & paint touch up. He had termites as well & they didn't do a thing. Beware!!
