I would have selected 0 stars if that were an option! For starters, they never answer the phone. 95% of the time when calling you get a busy signal, not even a voicemail to leave a message. I would be surprised that they do not have call waiting but everything else is outdated too.. most importantly customer service. Paula, unbelievably the office manager, talks to customer's terribly and openly says if you do not like it, go somewhere else. When you have a question, you are told they will find out and call you back; there is no urgency with anything here. The rates are no cheaper than anywhere else. My personal opinion, get a good value for your money and go somewhere else.
