Natures Organic Market

I purchased a bottle of Zylene dietary/energy supplement from this company. The website advertised free ground shipping; however after okay-ing my purchase via my charge card, shipping charges in the amount of $6.89 were added on. I have since emailed the company five times (with no response) and tried three different phone numbers -- one disconnected; messages left at the other two, no response. I have merely been trying to track my order; information is unable to be accessed on their website regarding order status. They have been reported to the Better business Bureau.
