Express Septic Tank Cleaning

On the evening of Friday, May 29 I called other septic companies for backup issues in toilets and showers. Other companies told me I needed to have my septic pumped prior to them helping me. With just myself and my daughter, I shouldn't need my septic pumped and this would just be a waste of money! I then called Express Septic and she spent 30 minutes of her time (with kids playing in the background no less) looking up my as-built, giving me advice, and patiently waiting for me to follow through on my end of the phone. She didn't require me to make an appointment or have my septic pumped. She just provided good quality customer service. Turns out this didn't solve the problem, so one of their technicians came out on Saturday, found my system was plugged and then took care of the problem. They have fantastic customer service, are very friendly and really do put their customers first. They are now the only septic company in this area I will deal with. I won't waste my time and money on anyone else!
