I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for the past 9 months. (April 2012). This chronic pain has led me to go to multiple doctors and therapists (massage, physical, etc). and found only temporary pain relief. For many people dealing with chronic pain like myself, it becomes a hopeless path to finding pain relief. I have been put on pain meds, done physical therapy, daily stretches and I never found the pain relief that I needed. My first time experience with Best Health option was a good one, I found temporary relief in their practice of acupuncture. It wasn't until my third visit that I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I almost felt like I was sitting on clouds and that there were waves of energy running through my body. The waves were positive feelings and did not produce pain. It literally felt like water or air, its hard to explain, were running through my body, side to side from my head to my toes and everywhere else. I have been dealing with a lot of ankle issues and for the next week or so, my ankles no longer felt swollen or stiff as they always usually do. I could feel my muscles release and really allow them to finally relax and let out the toxins in my body. I also have had occasional constipation issues with my diagnoses. Nicole placed a few needles around my stomach region that really stimulated my digestive system. The first and second time I had visited BHO I didn't have as aggressive results but I did feel refreshed coming out of it. It was the third time that I really began to believe in this stuff since it gave my body feelings it has never had before. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful and is very willing to teach and educate you on living a holistically well life. They are the best!

I have been suffering from chronic shoulder pain caused by an injury for 4 years when I came to BHO. At this point I was ready to try anything to make the pain even manageable. I am a massage therapist so I am constantly using my body to help others, but it was starting to wear me down fast. For the last 4 years I had been prescribed oxycodone and muscle relaxers, which dulled the pain, but didn't solve the problem (and I had to wait until after work to use them) I tried physical therapy and sound wave therapy, with little result. After 1 treatment at BHO (a mix of acupuncture, cupping, massage and gua sha) my pain level instantly went from a 8/10 to a 5/10 and by that night it was a 2/10.
