Worst attempted buying experience of my life, and I've purchased at least 10 vehicles. How this dealership survives is beyond me. Salesperson lied to get us in the door, stating they could get a particular model and color. Went through all the paperwork, only to be told at the VERY end, after 2+ hours, that they may not be able to get that one and to go back home and wait for a call. Called back and was given a horribly made up excuse why they couldn't get the vehicle. Wondered why the salesperson was trying to talk us into something different the entire time - well, that's because they didn't even have what he told us. Was told I'd get a call back by a manager - as expected, never happened. Tried to call to speak to a sales manager, went into voicemail every time. What an absolutely horrible, dishonest experience.

Ken Crenshaw made my first car buying outing a wonderful experience. He was very personable and down to earth. Everyone at Criswell was very helpful.

As grandparents with little ones in tow, it was so wonderful to have Mike Yanus and staff so attentive when we drove in for the oil change. Not having done this before, we ended up in the wrong lane. No problem. We were treated wonderfully and quickly, with full explanation of what service would be completed and how long it would take. They were right on the money!
