Do not shop here. My stepson received a Spigen case from Best Buy and since he didn't need this case he decided to resell it on Amazon. Spigen contacted him and threatened him for trying to resell his case. He kept the ad up so Spigen bought it then lied to Amazon saying it was fake. My son is a soldier and so cant keep a full time job and cant even have social media accounts because Isis threatened his platoon leaders. He supplements his income on Amazon and when this company did this he lost his business. We showed Best Buy receipts to Spigen to prove the case was real but Spigen didn't care and continued to be sure he could never sell on Amazon again stating Best Buy must have sold a fake case. We printed this out and took it to General Manager Joe Marshall to show what their marketplace seller is doing and he not only refused to look at the paper he called the police on us. As long as this General Manager JOE MARSHALL works for Best Buy I would ask you to please avoid this store. If you purchased something there return it and buy it somewhere else. We showed him proof of 5 others this company has done this to and the result was they lost their businesses and Spigen is not even an American company. We were completely polite and never talked to anyone but JOE MARSHALL...yet he flat out said he does not care. Our family is done with Best Buy...my sons platoon is done with Best Buy.....and hopefully we can get everyone to be done with Best Buy until this anti American...Anti Military General Manager is gone

If you are looking for a new p...

If you are looking for a new phone or an upgrade, do yourself a favor and avoid this pathetic store. I went in to buy a new phone; I already knew which one I wanted. When I arrived at the store they were waiting on 3 customers and I was next inline. I waited 30 minutes and still no help. I finally gave up. The attitude and store appearance is far below what is par for Best Buy. I would not recommend going to this location unless you want to kill the whole day.
