City of Gary

I was in Small claims courts today and was told my Mr. Lamar Myrick that he had charged me with damage to his property. that I had had someone do it I no nothing about what has happen in Gary, I live In Chicago Ill. I am a disable senior and if these charges have been filed they are false and I would like to solve the now. I file charges against Mr. Lamar Myrick for violation of city codes and this is how he is trying to get back at me. where would I go to get this . I was there if I saw a Person who I claim had damage my property I would have had them arrested right there.He stated this in court to the judge. that how I heard about this today.Covering up the crimes he has done .collecting rent from property that was condemned and getting a judgement on the victims shame on the court system.
