Silica Septic Service

This business, (I use the business term loosely) is a local business that I decided to use. I contacted them and while they did not seem business friendly, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this may not be a reflection on their services. An appointment was made for the following Monday whereas they failed to show up and did not bother to call to say that they would not be there. After waiting for a reasonable time, I called them to find out when they would be here but was informed that the truck had broken down over the weekend and it would be approximately 2 days for repairs. I then informed them to just forget it. I called another service who was able to come out the same day and it saved me $50. I them decided to contact Silica Septic to discuss their customer service and let him know that if he would have at least called, I would have waited till repairs were done as I think it important to use small local business but customer service is imperative.

I called for appointment he tells you that he would be at your residence at this time, If he wasn't going to be there he would call, Never called I needed my septic pumped out soon as possible, He couldn't come up with the right price!!, How can you run a Business like you do ?? when people need your Help, You can't cheat and be a Liar!!! I had to give you a star so I can save this review other then that you wouldn't have received a star..
