While it's true that sometimes you have to wait for a phone response from this office, it is not because of negligence. It is because this office cares for SO MANY patients who are unfortunate enough to have little or no insurance. This doctor does not take insurance at all, and therefore is not beholden to insurance company fees so as to be able to provide low cost basic care to patients. The result is simply that they get a lot of patients and sometimes call backs take some time. They will always talk to you if you happen to drop by.



The care you receive here is wonderful however. The doctor takes her time and will not rush you or talk down to you. She will not act like your health problems are your fault and she takes lots of notes. She will do research on your behalf to get you feeling better inauthentic most economical way possible. If you do not have insurance, she really is an excellent option. I highly recommend her... Even though I do have to wait a day or two for call backs.

This place consistently ignores their phone (they used the excuse that their phones were acting up...months ago), doesn't return messages, and doesn't keep a decent communication with you about prescriptions when you need them to call them in. Stephanie is a good doctor in many ways, but automatically untrusting and I had to switch some of my most important medications for weaker ones when I switched to her.

This place routinely avoids it's patients. I've been trying to get in touch with them for months, scheduled appointments and not received any responses, requested renewals to prescriptions and not had them filled, as well as not had emails or phone calls returned. Such a rip off.
