Kids Central

My kids have been attending Kids Central Day Care for years. Michelle the owner really cares about the families and the children that attend her daycare. She's helped us with so many of our questions and taken time out to call or text. She sends us reminders about school events which helps a lot. Shes always at the daycare and when she's not we can always get her by phone.

I feel safe leaving my four children in her care. All the teachers are great! Mrs. Mary is our favorite teacher though. My children really love her so much. The daycare is always clean and organized. All of my kids have learned a lot there about how to play with other kids and act better in general. They have fun activities and take pictures that they share with us. My children have enjoyed trips to the movies, skating, swimming.

Kids Central Day Care has been a blessing to our family. You cannot beat their daycare rates. They are the most reasonably priced that you will find. We did not qualify for daycare assistance so we were very grateful for the affordability of this daycare. If you are on a budget, I highly recommend this daycare.

My 2nd grader went there when he was in prek and I didn't have any major issues then but the daycare wasn't very clean and there was a strong odor of gas all the time. I took him back at the beginning of this school year because it is more convenient for me not to mention it's $15 per week less than all the other local daycares but that only lasted a couple of weeks.

The first concern I had was the lack of attention to people walking in. The door is open at all times and no one is ever attending the front desk.

They have the children doing all of the cleaning and I don't mean just putting toys away. These kids are sweeping and mopping!

There was no air conditioning but they did have a big metal fan in the hall way, not the safest thing in the world.

My son complained about the water tasting funny and he told me that for the afternoon snack the cut a freezepop in half for them and I realized then why it is so much cheaper than the other places.

The final straw for me was when I came to pick up my son a little early and no one even knew I was there, I walked up on one of the workers slapping a little boy in the head telling him to sit down. The child was in his underwear and was no more than 18 months old. She realized I had seen her and another worker witnessed it and didn't say a word. I was so disturbed by this that I barely slept that night. On several occasions I've heard the children being yelled at and they have no problem using profanity to get their point across. I reported it to the lady that runs the place and she said she's have a talk with her. I don't know what the outcome was because I immediately removed my son from the facility. It's not worth risking my sons safety to save a few bucks. Your kid deserves better than this place. I'm seriously thinking about calling CPS.
