Gardena Terrace Inn

I couldn't ask for anything more. We got an online deal thru Hotels Tonight App and paid just $60 for our lovely room. I feel it was at least worth twice that, actually. It was pretty quiet during our overnight stay. Flat screen TV had accessible hook ups, so hunny bunches was able to bring Xbox & connect. Everything in the room looked brand new: carpet, chairs, bed, bedding. Toiletries were adequately stocked: shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion. Microwave and fridge both worked well, as we had decided on picking up dinner at the local Albertsons down the street. The wifi cut in and out a couple times on me, but for the most part was decent. Towels and Pillowcases were sparkly white. AC worked well. Water pressure in sink, toilet & shower were good. Its just the shower drain that worked kinda slow. We were on the third (top) floor, though, and I know that affects it sometimes.

Friendly office staff. Its an older couple that runs the front, and they were very good to us. The husband speaks better english than the wife, but both were welcoming and all smiles. I'm not sure if its standard or if it was because of the site we used, but they let us check in at 12, which is surprisingly early to me. I know most places make you wait til about 3. Even if I have to pay twice of what I did, I'd probably stay here again.

I have stayed at the Gardena Terrace Inn for over 12 years. It recently changed ownership and has been completely remodeled. Although the previous owners always made our stay enjoyable the hotel had become worn down. The new owners have completely renovated the hotel while continuing to provide warm and courteous service. For the price I know of no other hotel in the Gardena area that provides the same convenience, cleanliness and service.
