Aquamax Carwash

Express Wash, didn't stay to vacuum, left with A/C on of course, i'm thinking windows are foged so I turn on defrost, no change. The Hood Of My Car, Front Windshield,Top Of Car, Back Windshield, Trunk and down the Back of Car now have some sort of Thick Wax, Grease on it. (The width of the car which is the roller that goes over the car)
When I go back I asked for another wash Luis who was very sarcastic said no I can give you a towel or a $2.00 coupon. I told him this is bad customer service when all he has to do is put it thru the wash again to try to remove the wax. My car is black well kept, now from front to back windows included has a dull hazy film on it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO IMPORTANT - All he had to do is put it thru again to see If it comes off. Didn't want to give me any info to reach manager/owner, said they hardly come in.
