This agent has awesome service and the best rates! I bought a Custom Harley Davidson. The Bike was worth $12,000, the seller was asking $10,000, and I paid $8,000 for it. I had it only 30 days before someone stole it! My first insurance claim :'( When I bought the bike I explained to the agent how much it was worth vs how much I paid and asked if I needed an appraisal, they said no just take pictures of it. I did and video. Keep in mind this was a $12,000 completely custom Harley, one of a kind for sure. They tried to give me $6,600 for it! At first the told me they would have a settlement value in a couple weeks. Then I told them I was leaving for Afghanistan in a month and of course they waited until I had two days before I was leaving to break the bad news to me. Fortunately I found an appraiser at the last minute that would do an appraisal from the photos and videos I had taken. They ended up settling for just under $10,000. During the process I had sent them photos of similar bikes from E-bay and CL to help them come up with a value, I was told I could not use those because those values didn't show the actual sell price. When they gave me their offer if was full of E-bay listings but of cheap bikes that weren't even close to what I had. This agent is great! State Farm is great! Until you file a claim. Now I have USAA for my home, cars, and Progressive for my boat. I am very happy and State Farm has lost a bunch of my money and biz to save a few thousand dollars. If you have insurance with this company I wish you a lot of luck! You may need it one day.

I called for a quote on my Automoible and Homeowners. This office quoted it right on the phone I did not require a call back. They were very knowledgeable and reviewed and explained all the coverges so I could chose what I need. There rate was the best rate I received all day.
