Great customer service!!! Yes, tape is not free! Lol! Come on, even Macdonalds charges for extra sauce!

The large sign as you enter stating "TAPE IS NOT FREE" lets you know just how much these people like their customers. Various signs all over the store state "DO NOT TOUCH" . The staff is rude and robotic. I popped into the mail room to mail a letter for my boss who had intentionally left the return address off the envelope. The man rudely told me that it was against the law to leave the return address off the envelope. I told him my boss had left it off on purpose and he harassed me until I put it on the envelope. I have never been treated or spoken to like that in a business, I don't even know what to think about it. Save yourself, these people obviously don't like their customers and don't want them. Go where you are wanted ....the UPS store on Stewart road does the same services and they are nice....my company will never use this place again!

The manager will tell you the highest rate, most profitable way to ship first. You will learn later from Fed Ex , not to use them.
