Gulf Breeze Apartments

I've been here about 5 months now. There is no gail at this location and the Mgmt has been very nice to me, your going to have neighbors you want to avoid in a big place like this thats normal. I barely see roaches, they spray every month and I keep bug spray around too. Its not a bad place especially if you stay to yourself.

Terribly unprofessional staff. Pests out of control, nothing worked and management has no clue about property management or the law. More than a few times, they entered my unit without permission and after my husband was stabbed by a neighbor, we didn't even know, we decided to move. Rent was fully paid till the end of the month and on the second week of Aug. 2015 the manager came into my unit and stole, yes stole some of my property. The neighbor's were calling us telling us that she was passing out our belongings and when she found out we were on our way back she tried going back to collect it all. When confronted, she cried talking about "haven't you ever made a mistake?" We still haven't gotten everything back and still to this day the owner (Gail) continuously gives me the run around about what her plans are to rectify the situation. My advice to anyone looking for a place to rent....if you ever come across this property, drive in the opposite direction as fast as you can.
