Can never get in contact with owner to make an appointment.

Doesn"t call you back when you leave a messege.

Owner is rarely open and takes off on a whim . No regular hours....is there when she feels like making a buck.

Very unprofessional in many areas.

And did I mention she is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!

Take your beloved pet to be groomed elsewhere.

There are many other groomers in the area to choose from who actually would appreciate your business, not act they are doing YOU a great favor by being open for business.
