Regency Taxi

When I called phone operator was talking to everyone but me... I waited more than 45 minutes for a cab after I was told 20-30 minutes. When I called back to check on the status of my cab, I was hung up on. When cab #1148 finally arrived he was rude. He stated he forgot to turn on his meter which was no fault of mine. When he didn't get the response he was looking for he got upset. This will definitely be my last time using them and I would NOT recommend them!

The taxi never showed up despite making an advanced booking- 30 minutes ahead of time. When I called to check where the driver was,they lied about him being on the way. I would never recommend them.

I use Regency dayly. they get me to where i need to go in a timely mannor and i really love their customer service. I reconmend them to all my friend.

I use this Gaithersburg base taxi service for corporate service. These guys are always on time with a clean taxi and a great driver. Very affordable and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Definitely sucks... I booked a cab @ 7pm for 9:45pm the cab never show up and they never apologized!

The person, accepting the calls was very rude and not very clever. I ordered the taxi 2 hours in advance, but it didn't came on time. I called this company again and they told that they forgot the time, what I was asking for. Taxi came 30 minutes later. I will never-never-never will call them again!

My car was in the shop so I called to schedule a pick up to take me to work in the morning (I had to be there before the metro opened). Everything went well with the initial phone call, but 10 minutes after my taxi was scheduled to arrive I called to ask where the driver was. I was told they were really busy and they would get to me shortly. Another half hour passed and I called again, same story. I calmly explained that I really needed to get to work and that I was relying on them to get me there and had scheduled a pick up. It ultimately took 4 phone calls before my taxi arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. I was very late for work and overall very displeased.

They told me they will arrive in 20-30 mins... an hour passed and I have not gotten a cab!!!

Moreover, the first time I called they told me 20 more mins...then they just stopped picking up the phone. I had an appointment scheduled and had reschedule it, becasue I obviously did not make it. TERRIBLE!

Our company used to take Barwood for our corporate airport trips, but they were always late. I agree with you, after trying a few companies we reached Regency and we enjoy it. No employee has ever complained again about taxis being late or being dirty. Last trip we took with barwood was after our CEO went into one of their cabs and got out because of the smell. Apparently the guy was sleeping in the cab.

I travel a lot and always use Regency Taxi, it's a reliable way to get around town. Highly recommend A+

I took Regency taxi to the airport. The driver was on time and the service was good. Their cabs are very clean and new, compared to other taxi in the area.

I've been using Regency for quite a while now, and have always been pleased with their service. You all know how you feel when getting in a cab most times, dirty, smelly and you're just trying to get to your destination without touching anything. Well, this is not the case for this company. And to my surprise, last week i went to Rio and grabbed a cab from Marriott. Guess what? 3 cabs parked on the stand, all drivers wearing white shirts and red ties. What company? Regency! Thumbs up guys for great service and respect to your passengers!

I placed an airport reservation for Regency cab, and the service was excellent. The cab came on time and it was very clean. The driver was proffessional and curteous. Would recommend again.
