I had a great experience with Cascade Services. The owner was very polite and professional on the phone. Came quickly to give me an estimate and the services were very reasonably priced. Cascade Services did an excellent job on my carpet. They look like new! I'll definitely be using them again.

Earlier this fall, I contacted Cascade Services on the recommendation of a friend and co-worker who swore by their quality and by the owner's professionalism and attention to detail. Quite frankly, I'm difficult to impress, as I often feel that others treat your home as if it were "another job." With Cascade, I was not dissapointed- I felt the owner treated my home with the same care he'd treat his own. Cascade did a PHENOMENAL job. I initially hired them for carpet cleaning services and ending up getting the gentleman to take care of some power washing I'd been putting off as well. He was friendly, prompt, professional and did an unbelivable job- my only regret is that I put this off for so long!

I was very pleased with this service. I had bad spots on my carpet that another company had said wouldn't come out. My carpets look great! The work was done efficiently and excellently. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

The owner is highly reliable, competent and very trustworthy. He did an excellent job cleaning my family room, two carpeted upstairs bedrooms, and the carpeted stairway and hall. He worked very hard, was very prompt and was kind to my two beagles.

Those rugs have not been professionally cleaned ever. I have a Hoover steamer, but it doesn't compare to what the owner Randy was able to achieve. I will definitely have Randy clean these areas again, four to six months from now, and on a regular basis. My family was impressed by how clean the rugs turned out, and the pleasant scent. No more doggy smell!

I called Cascade services at the last minute, right before the holidays and even though I gave them VERY short notice they were able to take care of my needs. They did an amazing job and have very reasonable prices. I will definatelty be doing business with them whenever I have a need and have referred them to all of my local friends.
