TERRIBLE! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! When our large motor home broke down, they were the only company with a truck large enough to tow us. After picking us up, they convinced us that they could actually do the work as well instead of towing it to another repair place. They told us it would take around one week. Over the next SEVEN WEEKS we had to call weekly to check on the status because they did not communicate with us themselves. It took one whole month just for them to remove the rear axle and hadn’t even ordered a new one yet. We were NEVER given a price estimate. We asked specifically for the axle work to not be done until we spoke with the owner, but they did it without our consent. They replaced the axle with a salvaged one without our consent. Two weeks or so in, we requested they clean out the refrigerator and keep checking on our freezer/propane levels (since we were told it would only take one week). Upon arrival to pick up the completed motor home, our fridge is RUINED because they let the freezer thaw and ruined hundreds of dollars of meat that thawed and rotted all over our floors. They refused to provide an itemized invoice. They refused to provide receipts for any parts they purchased when we requested them. These people engage in BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.
