Hostile management. Discourteous. Does not abide by posted open business hours. Independently forces insurance on customers and other added fees that Budget national does not enforce. Thrives in the areas of disorganization, sardonic apologies, and dismissing customer input. Poor problem solving abilities.

I have storage all over the region for my work and I never have been to a business with such personal and professional customer service that I have ever rented. The other rude whatever lied!!!!!!

I called on 2/20 the lady said they was closing at 4 so I called 2/21 told her i wanted to come rent storage she told me I had to be there by 12:45 bc she was closing at 1 I pleaded to her if she could just give me extra time that I was omw and she told me I had 1 minute to get there. I called back stating to her that they closed early Friday and the website says 2 on the vm because she wouldn't answer and she picked up in the middle of my message saying don't call there chastising her and said some other stuff and hung up. I got there at 1249 she saw me and walked to back then came to door and talked to me thru door telling me I called with an attitude with her so she wasn't giving me any info. I said back I didn't give you any attitude I begged and pleaded for you to rent me a storage. I used united space storage years ago for about a year so I wanted to use them again but I would never go there or recommend them. She called me today 2/23/15 and I missed the call. I called back and she ask what I want because I left a message again Saturday for a manager to call me or someone other than her. She tells me that I harassed her calling Saturday and that if I call again she's calling the police for harassment. Why would she call me today? She's actually harassing me and I've took my stuff to lotta space storage who had excellent customer service.



I really need corporates number or someone other than her.

Costumer service is horrible. The place is well kept. But lady at front desk is rude. I dont even like calling up there. I will never use them again. And will tell everyone I know never to use them. I have never left a review in my life intill today.

you have to fight with these guys every month to make your payment. They are horrible. I think they want you to be late so they can keep your stuff or charge you the ridiculous late fees. I will will never again put my stuff in this storage place. It made me give them one star. I would say more like -100

Just as soon as I can get my stuff out of storage I will! This place is horrible. Go somewhere else even if it cost you more money. They cheat you everytime they can. They take your money and charge you late fees even after they have told you and they know you do not owe one. The people are rude and as unhelpful as they can be. BEWARE!!!!!!!! Find somewhere else to keep your stuff. The only reaso I gave them a star is because this listing made me. I would love to negative it over.
