Paris Nails

Arrived to salon at 11:15 and I was the only customer waiting. 11:30 I asked what appeared to the owner / manager how much longer it would be he said 5 mins. I said okay but any longer and I have to leave. I was sat in a chair at 11:35 only to have the technician leave me to talk to other clients waiting and proceeded to check out customers. So at 11:40 I walked out of the salon. They have NO time management skills or sense of urgency. If you have nothing else to do with your day but get your nails done fine go here. I was very clear from the moment I walked in that I only had so long to get a pedicure and they made no effort to meet my needs.

Very friendly staff! Every time i go, my nails come out looking amazing! I would definitely make this salon my go to nail salon!

Today, I was very unsatisfied! I'm 7 months pregnant and came for a relaxing foot massage. I brought a friend with me for service and we were treated poorly. I was seated in the Pedi chair with cold water for 45 mins and no service, whike my guest waited for a hr, with no service and customers put ahead of her. I walked out. I was not giving them my hard earned money. I won't be back!

Have always experienced great service. The owners and staff are friendly. The salon is busy, yes. It's because they do a great job. Sorry to see a bad review because someone didn't like their experience.

Rude!! I called ahead to reserve a spot and still had to watch "walk-ins" go before me just because they are "regulars" there. So rude. Overpriced too.
