My daughter-in-law was delighted that I remembered her mama, the recipient, with something so beautiful and appropriate. They used small poinsettias on the tables and she said this arrangement was perfect!!!! Feel better soon!

I have never been more proud to give a business a 5 star rating. Yes, after calling Bibbs to thank her for the beautiful flowers, I wanted to give the Florist a tip and she did ask me to do this instead. I told her that I would. I ordered a "super stack" dozen roses for my wife (who works at a school) I knew my wife would be a little put back on the price and Bibbs had no red roses in stock on the count that the order was last minute and with the school I had such a small window to get them there. Bibbs told me she had a specialty rose that she had received directly from miami. (yellow & red) she assured me that my wife or I have never seen an arrangement like she was fixing to put together for our anniversary. I gave her the go ahead. Not only did she jump and run, drove them there herself, but delivered them in such a way that EVERYBODY at the school will never forget her entrance. I only wished I could have been there to se all of what was told to me. She assured me that all would be fine, including the monitary value of the Flower arrangement. So right you were Bibbs. The roses were more then I ever expected, great job, very beautiful piece. I cannot thank you enough. I have a strong feeling you are about to receive a whole lot more business from this. We thrive to do the best flower designs and to give you the best customer service possible. We do apologize for the inadequate competition and there bashing methods. If you look further into this you will actually see the bogusness of these 1 star ratings, they are merely copy and pasted all over the place. I recently ordered a floral arrangement from Bibb Flowers and Gifts in Gainesville for my wife on our 1st wedding anniversary. I asked that flowers be delivered before 11:00a or after 1:00p, she is at lunch between those times, I was assured it would be done. I expressed that local merchants get my business and not a 1800 company, she thanked me repeatedly. Not only did they disreguard my request on delivery time they also attached a birthday card instead of an anniversary card and the flowers were 1/2 dead. Repeated calls went unreturned. When i did finally reach me they told me i was a liar about the delivery times and the card was a ""honest mistake"" and hung up. I was not amused by this lack of professionalism . People of Gainesville you have be warned.Bibb Flowers and Gifts is a bad business!!
