        Slow and horrible customer service

        I am originally from Pennsylvania and I have been with PNC Bank for many years over 10 years and I have never had such horrible service from any of the banks that I have been to except for this one. There so slow and almost always only have one teller. Everytime I have gone in the lazy teller doesn t want to look up anything and constantly sends me to the ATM I finally decided not to deal with her today and there ATM wouldn t read my card so I had to go in anyway. I told them about the ATM and they said that I needed to order a card and pay 7.50 for it. I was about to open two more accounts with them but after having to deal with this branch I think I just might have to change banks !!!
