The people who own and run this franchise of Pearson Vue are dishonest. It was discovered that these owners are able to manipulate your test actually causing you to fail. Their scheme is to manipulate your test so that your score is merely a point or 2 from a passing score. Then they push for you to pay $35.00 for a "review." This is the money maker. Knowing that a person is so close to passing, they know you will come back to test again, paying each time. I took 3 tests at this center and each time I failed just 1.5 points away from passing. Thinking it was me, I went home, studied more. Retested a 4th time at a different Pearson Vue to test and I passed with FLYING colors. I called their corporate office to report the Gainesville franchise and they told me there is nothing they could do. So I have sent an email to our local action news channel.
