They are Great!!!! My Family and I Hired Happy Helper Cleaning Service on May 20, 2016 to Clean Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home that had been unoccupied for over 5 years since my mom passed away. From the first Time I called them on May 18, 2016 the vibe was Awesome. I spoke with Tyi and she was Amazing. She was cheerful, understanding and patient. She was more then happy to help my family and I with our cleaning needs. Tyi set my Appointment time at 9 am and they were there Prompt and on time. When they showed up it was a team of two, Tyi and Johnnie. They were Professional, Prompt, Detailed and very Sweet. They cleaned our home from Top to Bottom, and organized our closets, cabinets, and our garage. I can honestly say that our house Sparkled. They cleaned every thing. Thank you so much Tyi & Johnnie, We really appreciate you two.
And Look forward to us calling you for our next cleaning....

I very rarely write reviews, But I REALLY want to show my love and support for this company. I had my first cleaning earlier today, and here are the key points:
(1) My happy helpers, Andrea and Johnnie was precisely on time and, despite the fact that I'm sure they was exhausted from having put in a hard day's work already, They were incredibly bubbly, warm and wonderful. They brought there own equipment (even a vacuum!) and informed me that the cleaning products they was using were eco-friendly, which I love.
(2) I opted for the standard cleaning (a quick clean of 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room) to try out the service. I was expecting really just a quick once over because this service was SO inexpensive, and the happy helpers is not allotted a ton of time. I was WRONG - my "already pretty clean" home is absolutely sparkling! If this is their version of a "quick clean" I am dying to know what a Deep cleaning looks like!
(3) As a result of my really positive experience with Andrea and Johnnie, I called their office to upgrade my regularly scheduled service. I spoke with a lady named Tya at the Front Desk who was just as warm and wonderful as the team who visited my home. Plus, she figured out a way to save me a little money each month, which she absolutely didn't have to do (she could have let me go on spending more than I needed to, but she didn't, which I REALLY respect). Really solid customer service all around.
Looking at some of the negative reviews here, it sounds like some people have had issues with the cleaning service, That has definitely not been my experience. I am not sure how long Happy Helper Cleaning Service has been around, but I am certainly sensitive to the difficulty of launching and managing the operations of a new company, so if I HAD experienced some of the snafus described in other reviews, while frustrating, I would likely take them with a grain of salt.

The cleaning was very thorough and paid attention to places which I never did ! Overall did a great job , little pricey but didn't mind after I saw the services. I even left a very generous tip, because I can honestly say they went above and beyond cleaning our home. From the time I called happy helper cleaning, Tyi was wonderful, she was polite, understanding of my needs and very caring of our situation. Thank you Tyi and Johnnie for such great work and being so sweet to me and my family. We alreadly looking forward to your next cleaning visit..

I have been a Happy Helper Cleaning Service client for years and I have and will continue to recommend them as they are reliable, trustworthy and dependable. Tyi does a great job and is very friendly.

Tyi, and Johnnie worked hard and when I came home the house was so clean it sparkled. They did a fantastic job!

Unfortunately, i had a bad experience with them. They quoted me a price and never showed up to do my yard. We've scheduled them to come on 2 separate times and they never came. They don't communicate with you or call to reschedule. I had to keep calling and texting them. If they were too busy or booked I wish that they could have just told me.
