Waste of Time! First of all the office had a faint cat pee smell. I should have turned and walked away at that point. My appointment was at 5:30 as a new patient for a cleaning. After waiting in the waiting room for a half hour, I was then sent to a second waiting room. I never did make it to the dentist chair. At 6:30 a dentist came in to talk to me. You would think as a new patient he would want to put his best foot forward. He seemed annoyed that I was there. I asked if today was just a busy day. He said no this is typical. I apologized and told him I am from a small town and maybe I have a skewed prospective, but I am used to fast friendly service. He closed his folder and said I am more than welcome to take my business else where. So I apologized for wasting his time and out the door I went. Trust me there are better dentist out there. Don't waste your time!
