EXTREMELY disappointed in the rentals and service received. The tables were in terrible condition, including rubber caps missing on most of the rusted legs. We had to put two table cloths on top to cover up the roughness of the table tops (which looked like pieces of varnished scrap wood ). The missing caps resulted in wobbly tables and near scratches on our wooden floors. The chairs were rusted and dirty. I called and left a message on Friday to try and exchange the chairs for our Sat. event (offering to come get them myself). No one then - or as of yet - returned my call.

Our dinner party was embarrassing to say the least as far as our furniture is concerned. (friends who were helping with set up even asked us where in the world we got them)

While I was initially pleased with the quick response to my emails before delivery - obviously, we won't be using them again, nor will I refer them to anyone else.

I wrote a letter and completed their survey before writing this review, hoping not to have to because I believe in being fair. To date, I have received NO CONTACT at all. Guess they got their money - and could care less about my "customer satisfaction" which they tout as being so important on their website.

Did a NO SHOW for rental on our wedding day! Took 2 months & multiple calls with threats to sue before returning our money! Don't risk your event, go elsewhere.
We paid the 50% deposit for a tent & chairs. On the delivery day, after multiple calls, the owner, Andy, said they had a "vehicle breakdown" & his "crew were tired from other jobs" that day, so they would set the tent up the morning of the wedding. On the wedding day, NO SHOW!! Forecast was for 60% chance of rain. Called him >50 times on the morning of my wedding. No answer! 20 minutes before the wedding, the owner calls saying their "vehicle had broken down". Didn't even bother to call early to let me know about the supposed BS "vehicle breakdown".
As if that wasn't enough, we had to call them repeatedly over the next 2 months to get our deposit back. Andy kept saying he'd process the deposit the next day. Finally one of his employees answered the phone &processed the payment. Said he hadn't been paid for a couple of months.
